Our factory specially produces 5 main series and over 60 types of standard and vacuum kneaders with standards from 1L to 6000L.Our factory produces over 200 sets of all types of kneaders. Our technology equipment level, product technology content and market share rate are all the best of all Chinese enterprises. Our factory has been one of the kneader producing enterprises which has advanced technology, superior quality, excellent service and the most sale amount among internal kneader enterprises. The first vacuum kneader and carbon kneader of 6000L in China are both made in our factory. In 2005 we applied for another 2 patents. Our factory has set up a complete quality management system. In 2004, our factory passed the evaluation of international ISO9001:2000 quality management system certification organized by the World Standard Certification Centre in Beijing. The experts of the test group have spoken highly of the quality of our kneader products. In April, 2005 and March, 2006, our factory passed the first and the second supervising test successfully. In May, 2005, Nantong Products Quality Supervising & Testing Institute had a spot check to our kneaders without notifying in advance. All the tested items were qualified. The experts of the institute gave a deep impression on the low noise and the sealing function of our products. The series of our kneader products are widely used for fields such as silicone rubber, sealing rubber, ink, coating, pigment, dye, paint, carbon, CMC, chemical industry, plastic, medicine, food, tape, urea-formaldehyde molding powder, starch, gum base, and welding rod. Now "Xinlian" and "Jingshang" have been two of the most famous internal kneader brands in China. Our products are sold all over the world. Our batches of products have been exported to foreign markets such as Korea, Japan, India, Brazil and Turkey. The internal silicone producing enterprises and the internal ink producing enterprises use our series of vacuum kneaders. Our product design and technology design use CAD and CAPP.
